SHIPPING POLICY – LOVE, ZOEY DOG TREATS
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or sales events, processing time may be extended. You will be notified via email if delays occur. PLEASE NOTE All products are baked to order. This allows for the freshest quality of goods being shipped to you.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for orders.
3. Delivery Times
Typical delivery times are 3–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be offered for promotional or bulk orders.
5. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss custom shipping options.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and order details at orders@love-zoey.com.
8. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. Lost packages may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion.
